Stratigem: Part I

The Vandiver Group launched Stratigem as a way to talk to our clients and potential clients about improving their communications, both internally with employees and with external audiences.
Many times, we hear clients describe their communication challenges, and they are sometimes more endemic than a department or company may initially realize. We also understand those challenges may exist both within an employee base and within a community base.
Stratigem is TVG’s answer to some of those communications challenges. As client demands have changed and industry information and technological systems advanced, so has our Stratigem program. It is now two-pronged and includes an approach for internal audiences and a public engagement approach for both internal and external audiences.
The internal approach includes a variety of professional communication seminars aimed at employees. The public engagement approach includes the implementation of a proprietary web-based technology that allows us to reach out for information, analyze that information and build appropriate goals, strategies and action items for our clients by managing and monitoring the content, closely.
