Survey Says: Our Clients Love Us. You Will Too.

At The Vandiver Group, Inc. (TVG) client satisfaction is of utmost importance. We continually strive to improve our services. As part of that process, periodically, we invite clients to complete a performance review survey through Dun & Bradstreet’s Open Ratings process.
I would like to thank all of our clients who completed the survey and provided us with valuable feedback on our performance over the past few years. Our team utilizes your input to constantly improve our services and address any areas of concern.
This year TVG was pleased to receive exceptional results, with an overall performance rating of 92, based on a scale of 1-100. For all nine areas measured we received a score of 90 or above, with Business Relations (97), Personnel (98) and Responsiveness and Reliability (95) receiving the highest scores. Additionally, our Quality and Customer Support feedback was one-hundred percent positive. All other categories received positive or neutral ratings, with no negative feedback in any area.
