The newest tool in our arsenal allows TVG and the client the flexibility and features we need to best determine the areas of highest importance. Watch for the next issue of our Stratigem newsletter for more information. But, this web-based, proprietary TVG program allows our clients to collect vast amounts of data from public sources and search for themes, data points and substance comments more quickly and effectively than we have ever been able to do before.

Imagine the possibilities:

– Of incorporating a year’s worth of media clips and having reports generated that would track tone based on key word searches, themes or by spokesperson.

– Of collecting public comments through a public involvement effort required by the funding source, where you can identify themes of public interest based on participation at public meetings, public comments, blog postings, emails or direct mail.

– If that same system monitoring your media or public comments would allow the reviewer to activate a flag for an immediate action step based on a particular comment that required swift response.

Our Stratigem software can do all this – and more. Ain’t technology grand?

The Vandiver Group launched Stratigem as a way to talk to our clients and potential clients about improving their communications, both internally with employees and with external audiences.

Many times, we hear clients describe their communication challenges, and they are sometimes more endemic than a department or company may initially realize. We also understand those challenges may exist both within an employee base and within a community base.

Stratigem is TVG’s answer to some of those communications challenges. As client demands have changed and industry information and technological systems advanced, so has our Stratigem program. It is now two-pronged and includes an approach for internal audiences and a public engagement approach for both internal and external audiences.

The internal approach includes a variety of professional communication seminars aimed at employees. The public engagement approach includes the implementation of a proprietary web-based technology that allows us to reach out for information, analyze that information and build appropriate goals, strategies and action items for our clients by managing and monitoring the content, closely.

Come back next Monday to learn more about Stratigem! Contact us at tvg@vandivergroup.com or send comments to blog@vandivergroup.com.
