TVG was asked by Express Scripts to conduct a research study of several names for an affiliate company following a merger/acquisition period, to determine which name had the most positive equity among key stakeholder groups.
Based on the insights, TVG developed key communications messages for each audience. A name with the greatest brand equity to stakeholders was selected and recommended. Express Scripts adopted TVG’s recommendation. TVG has since conducted several research projects for the company.
