TVG was hired for a two-year project to create an educational, awareness and branding campaign to engage rate payers in the Stormwater and Wastewater Rate Proposal process. This included targeted messaging to St. Louis area residents/rate payers, public officials, community leaders and public works officials.

We created and managed the Rate Commission social media profiles, developed press releases and placed them with media, and provided messaging coaching/training for the MSD Rate Commission.
