TVG was hired as part of a two-year project to create an educational, awareness and branding campaign to engage rate payers in the Stormwater and Wastewater Rate Proposals process. This includes St. Louis area residents/rate payers, public officials, community leaders and public works officials.
TVG created and managed the Rate Commission social media profiles, developed press releases and pitched to local media, and provided coaching/training for MSD Rate Commission spokespersons, in addition to managing the ad campaign.
