Heather Rice is a Strategic Research Consultant for Lambert. Developing a successful communication strategy requires a solid research foundation. Heather has been asking illuminating questions and providing compelling answers through rigorous research design for the past 20 years. As an award-winning educator, she is adept at creating engaging messages for a multitude of audiences – from experts to novices, from the engaged to the indifferent. With doctoral training in psychology, she provides clients the unique benefit of strategic recommendations informed by the science of human behavior, cognitive neuroscience, and memory.
Heather excels at managing numerous complex projects simultaneously. These include research design, assessment, data analysis, curriculum design and development, proposal writing, collaborations with executive leadership and cross-functional partners, invited speaking, conducting stakeholder meetings, and developing and implementing programs to support diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Heather has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Arizona State University and a master’s and doctoral degree in Psychology & Neuroscience from Duke University.
