With more than two decades of experience in market research (both quantitative and qualitative), Katrina is an expert in managing full-service market research projects. She is adept at delivering research solutions that balance client needs and budgets, having managed more than 350 projects with over 90,000 research participants since she began her consulting career. She has served as a valued research partner for Lambert for more than a decade, conducting custom research and analyzing key feedback from customers and employees, as well as non-profit organizations evaluating program impact.

More than a researcher, Katrina focuses on delivering insights that enables clients to take action. Her experience spans numerous industries: transportation, technology, financial, pharmaceutical, government, education, retail, advertising, utilities, non-profits, and more. She specializes in conducting custom research on niche markets, mining intelligence from both internal and external sources, developing client feedback systems, uncovering personas, documenting journey maps, and creating evaluation programs.

Helping clients move from analysis paralysis to action, Katrina expertly moderates workshops and rapid design labs with key stakeholders to move research from discovery to application, so next steps are clearly defined. Rather than conducting research that lives on a shelf, her eye is always looking to inform action and enable continuous learning for her clients.

Passionate about research and generating insights that make a difference, she enjoys serving as a valued research partner to clients that have a passion for making a difference in the world.

Katrina graduated as the valedictorian of her class from the University of Evansville’s Schroeder School of Business with a bachelor’s degree in business administration (management concentration) and a minor in interpersonal communication. During her undergraduate education, she spent a semester traveling across Europe while studying at Harlaxton College in England. She also has a Principles of Marketing Research Certificate from the University of Georgia and holds the expert level Professional Researcher Certification through the Insights Association and Research & Core Customer Experience Expert Qualtrics platform certifications.
