Laura has more than fifteen years of experience in market research, both qualitative and quantitative, as well as training and facilitation. She directs all market research projects for the firm and is an expert in qualitative and quantitative research methods, survey design and development, focus group facilitation and research strategy. She has worked on several strategic initiatives for national health care and pharmaceutical companies, and has conducted research studies for a wide variety of clients. She is also a trained medical anthropologist, specializing in ethnography and finding the true voice of the consumer.
Laura has a bachelor’s degree in anthropology from the University of Iowa, a master’s degree in medical anthropology from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and is a Ph.D. candidate in health and behavioral sciences at the University of Colorado Denver (ABD). She is a Duke University-trained Integrative Health Coach, and a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES).
